Steve Gladstone holds a Certified Public Accountant license in the State of Florida and boasts over thirty-five years of experience in public accounting. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida International University. Steven’s professional journey encompasses roles at the prestigious Arthur Young and Company, a Big 8 accounting firm, and as the owner of his own firm. His proficiency spans auditing, accounting, and taxation, focusing on condominiums, homeowner and master associations, construction companies, and pension plans.

A respected member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Steven actively contributes to the Common Interest Realty Association (CIRA) Committee of the FICPA. In this capacity, he plays a pivotal role in planning and presenting the annual FICPA Common Interest Realty Association Conference. Beyond his professional commitments, Steven is dedicated to aiding fellow members in enhancing their technical proficiency in accounting, tax matters, consultation, and specific operational issues within Florida’s CIRA industry. In addition to his professional pursuits, Steven is deeply involved in various civic and community programs.
